As an Ability Media student you are entitled to various kinds of support from our partners at Kensington and Chelsea College.
The Additional Learning Support team at KCC can offer you the help you need to complete your course successfully. Help may be provided for students with dyslexia, hearing impairment, and visual impairment. The service is confidential and can address your individual needs on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. Your tutor can help you apply for this service
A team of counsellors is available for students to discuss personal problems in a confidential setting. This may include emotional, practical or motivational problems at home, at College, at work or a combination of these. Sessions are held at the Wornington and Hortensia centres but students attending any College centre are welcome to use the service.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding your education, wellbeing or health, your tutor should be your first point of contact; if they are unable to help they can put you in touch with the relevant people and services who can.
