We run lots of free courses that won’t only get you a recognised industry qualification but will also provide you with career advice and support as well as exposure for your work at film festivals and screening events.
Most Ability Media courses are open to everyone over 19 whether disabled or not. The courses aim to give learners all the skills and encouragement they need to produce media content for TV, Web, cable, mobile, radio and find work in the industry.
Because individual students are all at different stages of learning, we can also help with fundamental skills such as numeracy, literacy and employment skills alongside our media based courses.
We have specially adapted equipment such as high visibility keyboards and voice-activated software to make learning accessible to as many people as possible. We will aim to cater for every learner’s specific needs.
All our courses are offered in partnership with Kensington and Chelsea College; a first class choice provider of further education for learners and employers in a wide range of skills.
